Hack ip-address and browse internet with new ip-adress and with a new speed...,
increase your browsing/downloading/uploading speed,
Just follow the given below steps...

• Download an ip-scanner.
• Scan ip's from 1-255, u'll get some.
  
• Note down their ip-address,mac- address and computer name.
  
• When they go offline use there mac address by changing it with kmac , rename ur computer n workgroup.
  
• Reboot your PC. dats it, ur done!
  
• Remeber to unplug the cable while you change IP-address.
  

Note: this trick won't work with BSNL coz BSNL has introduced "portID" system so even if get the password and username, u'll not be able to access the net.If u try u'll get an error message saying that "the port used for this connection is closed".
